Visual Link Internet offers free technical support for Internet connection and email related issues through voice and e-mail to Visual Link customers.
HoursMonday - Friday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
When calling technical support, please be ready with your username, password, a description of your issue including any error messages you are receiving, what software is affected, and your current operating system. If you send us e-mail, you should receive a reply by the end of the next business day.
